Robinson Capital Group is a real estate investment firm based in Georgia that buys apartment buildings directly from owners at fair market value. They needed a website that could speak to two separate audiences — property owners looking to sell, and investors looking to deploy capital. We built a site that handles both conversations clearly and professionally.
About the Project
Robinson Capital Group needed more than a brochure site. Their business requires trust from two very different people — a landlord tired of managing tenants who wants a fast, fair exit, and an accredited investor looking for solid returns. The website had to address both without confusing either. We built a multi-page site that separates those journeys while keeping the brand consistent throughout.
